The International Cultural Property Society is the proprietor of, and manages the International Journal of Cultural Property. Established by Professor John Henry Merryman and Stephen Urice, the Journal is the oldest specialist journal in the field of cultural heritage and art law. It is published by Cambridge University Press.

About the Journal

International Journal of Cultural Property is a leading peer-reviewed journal, published quarterly since 1990. It features articles, essays, editorial comments, current developments, and book reviews by leading scholars and practitioners from around the world addressing developments in cultural heritage and art law in a multidisciplinary context. The Journal also provides analyses of decisions by international, regional and national courts and tribunals, and contemporary practice and policies of intergovernmental and national bodies and relevant non-governmental organizations in the field.
